We are investors, not agents
We buy real estate for our own account or with partner investors. We are not real estate agents or brokers, we do not list properties, and nothing on this site is an appraisal, a guarantee of value, or legal, tax or financial advice. You are encouraged to talk with an agent, attorney or other advisor before selling.
Offers
Requesting an offer creates no obligation for you or for us. An offer is binding only when both parties sign a written purchase agreement, and its terms control. When we intend to assign a purchase contract to another buyer or close with a partner investor, we will tell you in writing before you sign.
Information for investors
Property information we share with investors is provided as-is. Buyers must do their own inspection and due diligence and rely on their own judgment.
Text message terms
