When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email, the property address and any details you choose to share about the house or, for investors, what you buy. We also keep basic technical records such as the date and time of your request.

How we use it

We use your information only to contact you about your property or, if you joined our buyers list, about properties that match what you buy. We may share property details with investors we work with when you have agreed to sell, so they can evaluate or close on the purchase.

Text messages

If you check the box to receive texts, we will text you about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text consent with third parties for their marketing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every other category in this policy and will not be shared with any third party. We use service providers (for example, our phone and texting provider) only to deliver messages to you.
